Services
Individual Counseling
Individual therapy sessions provide a safe and compassionate space to address a wide-range of concerns. A session is 60 minutes long, and may be comprised of a combination of talk-therapy, skill-building and education.

Assessment and Referral
A biopsychosocial assessment is the first step, and is a comprehensive interview that covers a wide range of topics, including substance use and family history, to get a better idea of who you are, and what your needs may be. Assessments typically take between 1-2 hours.

Addiction Recovery Counseling and Support
Addiction is not a choice that anybody makes; it's not a moral failure; it's not an ethical lapse; it's not a weakness of character; it's not a failure of will, which is how our society depicts addiction. Nor is it an inherited brain disease, which is how our medical tendency is to see it. What it actually is, is a response to human suffering. - Dr. Gabor Mate
If you or a loved one are struggling with substance abuse, dependence, or a behavioral addiction, now is the time to break the cycle. You are not alone.
