      Individual Therapy (Online)

Compassionate, empowering, and conveniently online. Individual therapy sessions provide a safe space to process things like depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction, self-esteem, relationship concerns, grief/loss, and other stressors, as well as strengths.  A session is 60 minutes long, and may be comprised of a combination of talk-therapy, skill-building and education.

 Substance Abuse and Recovery Counseling (Online)
